Information Collection and Use
Pink Pony Productions is the sole owner of the information collected through this mail-scanning system. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. From time to time email content may be captured at random for use in developing and evaluating improvements in the junk email detection engine. No attempt is made to use any personally identifiable information in this process.
In order to use our service a user is required to give their Internet domain and contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used solely to keep the user's private information entered separate from that of other users. Additional information such as credit card number, billing address and phone number may also be required for billing purposes.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive that is used to identify the user and ensure their personal information is not transmitted to the wrong computer. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply expires after 30 minutes. If a user rejects the cookie, they will be unable to manage this service for their domain.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, adminster the web site and service, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We will share aggregated demographic, email characteristics, and/or server load information with our providers, partners, and sponsors. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
