Delivering "Rejected" Mail Messages
Who are you?
We're a provider of fully managed anti-spam solutions.
You can read more about our service upon this website, but in short we filter mail on behalf of clients significantly cutting down on the junk mail they see.
My message was rejected
We reject thousands of junk messages every day. Inevitably some of those rejections will be in error - something we're striving to fix on a daily basis.
Any message which is rejected contains a link to this page, so that if there is an error you'll be able to find out why your mail was rejected and ensure it doesn't happen again.
A typical rejection message would look like this:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: steve@example.org Technical details of permanent failure: PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 16): 552 spam See http://mail-scanning.com/reject/ for details. ID: MSG-1234Here you can see the error messsage "spam:" - which indicated your message has been tested and found to contain SPAM content.
Please deliver my message!
If you believe your message shouldn't have been rejected then please submit a support request quoting the reference number of your message (MSG-1234 in the sample above).
We will ensure your message reaches its intended recipient.
