Configuring The Virus Scanner
How does it work?

Provided the anti-virus filtering is active upon your domain, (see the next question), each message is filtered via by the popular open-source virus scanner clamav.
If the mail is determined to be viral it is either:
- Rejected for delivery, and saved in your domain quarantine area.
- Delivered to you with a subject prefix added.
- Delivered to you with a special header added.
If the mail isn't determined to contain viral content is delivered to you as normal.
How do I enable it?

You may enable the virus scanning via the Domain-Management page, linked to upon your domain list.
How often are your virus lists updated?
Our virus lists are updated once an hour, which means that you should be protected against new and emerging threats very quickly.
